How far is Pacific Grove Inn from the ocean?
Our property is located approximately four to five blocks from the ocean. One room, Room 116, offers a partial ocean view, though most rooms do not have a direct water view given the property's distance from the coastline.

Is WiFi available at the inn?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is included throughout the property, covering every guest room as well as common areas like the lobby, so you can stay connected throughout your visit at no additional cost.

Yes, we provide a private, on-site parking lot that is free and reserved exclusively for guests. This gives you a place to keep your vehicle throughout your stay while exploring the Monterey Peninsula.

What amenities can I expect in my guest room?
Each room includes free WiFi, an in-room coffee maker, a fireplace, a television, a hair dryer, extra blankets and pillows, and a private bathroom, along with practical extras like a portable fan, heater, and flashlight.

Are there any shared spaces for guests to use?
Yes, our lobby includes a shared microwave and refrigerator available to all guests. A small fountain and porch near Room 112 are also part of the property's shared first-floor grounds.

What's historic about the property?
Pacific Grove Inn occupies the property historically known as the Tuttle House or Tuttle Cottage. Associated with the Tuttle family, it reflects Queen Anne architectural character and is identified by the City of Pacific Grove as being on its Historic Resources Inventory.

Does every room have its own private bathroom?
Yes, all seven guest rooms include a private bathroom. Most rooms feature a shower and tub combination, while two rooms, 116 and 118, include a bathtub instead.

Is staff available if I need something during my stay?
Yes, our staff is available by telephone twenty-four hours a day. You can call for toiletries, a linen or sheet change, or extra towels, and we'll bring these items from our storage room.

Which rooms include a private balcony?
Two of our second-floor Queen rooms, Room 115 and Room 117, each include a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small coffee table for outdoor seating.

Which Room Has an Ocean View?
Room 116 is our accommodation with a partial ocean view. Located on the second-floor attic level, it includes one king bed and one private bathroom with a bathtub. Other rooms should not be described as having ocean views.
