Cancellation Policy: 48 hours

Policy Details

We have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees. Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided. The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. Government issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check-in.

If you have made a reservation with an Advance Purchase Discount, you will NOT be able to cancel or modify this pre-paid non-refundable reservation type.

Cancellation Policy for Concours D'elegance (August 9–20, 2025):

Cancellations for reservations during this period must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date to avoid charges.

We will be collecting the full amount of the stay 48 hours prior to their arrival date

Please note that a $150 incidental security deposit will be charged on top of the total amount for bookings. This deposit will be voided back within 2 days of departure.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your reservation, then as followed to our cancellation policy, you will get the refund of that deposit amount accordingly.

If reservation is through the third party and the guest is paid with third party (prepaid reservations) we will need a Guest Credit Card on file for incidental purposes over the phone.

General Info

The historic and charming Pacific Grove Inn offers attractive guestrooms and excellent amenities. Our property further offers breathtaking views of the Monterey Bay, free parking, free WiFi. The staff is available 24 X 7 only via phone.

Services

If you need any toiletry items or linen/sheet change/need extra towels, you can always ask for it, and we will be happy to assist you by providing these items from our storage room. Simply give us a call, and we'll make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A private parking lot is free and reserved for guests.

WiFi is free with your stay at the Pacific Grove Inn.

Children and Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome to stay at the Pacific Grove Inn. Those 18 years and older are considered adults at our property. Cribs are available upon request for small children, subject to availability. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to provide extra beds.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Pacific Grove Inn.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. This hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guest rooms not authorized for pets that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount of $250.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room. Please note that a $150 incidental security deposit will be charged on top of the total amount for bookings. This deposit will be voided back within 2 days of departure.
